HEADLIGHT ISSUES!!
I have an 08 tC and I bought some aftermarket Eagle Eye headlights for my car. Well the led's and the angel eyes look pretty nice, but the hi and lo beams aren't working. when I looked inside the housing for the bulbs. i realized that the bulbs were wrong, but my old bulbs won't fit into the new housing. the kit said 05-07 on the site when I bought it, but i figured that there wouldn't be a difference, since hardly anything was changed between 07 and 08.
did they change the lighing set up between 07 and 08?

If you bought a set of aftermarket headlights, it should say on the box or somewhere on the instructions what type of bulb it uses. Once you find out, just go out and buy a set of bulbs for them.
i had a question about these eagle eyes i bought them as well they look great but i have one issue. The halos on the passenger side are not working but they work on the left side. i unplug the right ones and put them on the left and they work fine. then today i was going to put them to a switch and the rite side halos only one work now. what would be the problem if anyone has had similar issues. and also would it be an easy fix. oh yea when i tap the back the light flickers do u think its a wire problem or the actaully ccfl halo
It could really go either way. Could be the light or something in the wiring.
As an FYI, these headlights are generally regarded as garbage. For a couple reasons... 1) they'll probably fog up on you eventually. Usually we recommend running a small bead of silicone around the outside seal. 2) all of the LEDs and halos will probably burn out. They don't last very long - so don't be surprised if half of them are burnt out in just a few months.
