Default Help getting brown oil from car

I know how to get tar and bugs off, even oil. But these marks which are around the back of the front wheel and on the doors, looks like soda stains, real light brown, you have to get down to see it. I took some polish and tried rubbing it out, but that did not work. It looks like the stains are in the paint. Someone recommended WD-40, which I will try tonight, but does anyone have any idea what this is? Is it from my black magic tire wet?

that sounds weird. i suggest trying some sort of window cleaner before WD40. like Stoner NO TOUCH glass spray (wipe away immediately)

i've used that to remove dirt from some pretty deep scratches on my car, worke wonders.
