These came today! WOOT!

My magnaflow exhaust gets installed next wednesday!



There was a snow storm last night, so what to do? Start installing my Megan short shifter! After much frustration, bleeding, and cursing, I was finally able to do it!



But the last piece that is supposed to lift up in order to get the shifter out was the most pain to deal with! I tried prying that thing up with a flathead screwdriver and busted my knuckles up pretty good. I ended up breaking many pieces off in the effort to pop it up...



My fogs also got installed on sunday but I have to adjust them and take pictures later after I get my bulbs. I wanted purple for my fogs but apparently they've all been discontinued. So, I'm going with yellow unless I decide later on to do HIDs in my fogs in which case I'll get 12,000K to look purple.

I'll add pics to this thread once I get my VRD upper and lower grills installed this weekend, and the other mods once they get installed. Enjoy!

Thanks! I think they'll look really good on my super white. Enough to let you know they're not stock but they also look like they belong on the car from the factory. You'll see what I'm talkin about once I get them put on.

my friend has those Audi RS4 replica wheels on his Jetta.

 

He prolly got the Hartmann replicas. I was looking into them but they only come in 5x100 and our wheels are 5x112

 

I could've sworn we had 5x100. Jettas are also 5x100.

the current jetta (2005.5 and up) is 5x112. 5-lug jettas from 93-05 are 5x100

Yes you are correct. I was mistaken about our wheels being 112. The wheels I got are correct for the tC, they are 5x100.

 

I was able to get my wheels put on yesterday along with my VRD grilles, and put my ultraviolet bulbs in my fogs. The bulbs aren't as purple as I'ld like so I'm going to look into vinyl overlays. After I was finished with all this, I went out for a photoshoot only to realize I forgot to charge the battery in my camera. Whoops. I was able to get one picture off and the rest are from earlier today.





























Also, I forgot I had tint on the windows when I took her to get inspected earlier this week, so...



If anyone knows a "place" I can take her to get inspected in the northern nj area, please shoot me a pm. I would greatly appreciate it. Stupid NJ inspections!
