I have tried to install hids on my oem fog lights, but they wouldn't turn on. Here is how I wired it, stock oem fog wires (9006) connector to hid ballast. Am I missing any other wires. Thanks...

 

did you plug the ballast into the bulbs/relay?

 

does ur kit have a relay?

 

and you got the fog switch wired from the battery right?

 

he doesn't necessarily need the switch wired to the battery. the harness that goes into the fog lights are already connected to the switch. a relay would be nice though. therefore you take the power from the battery instead of risking blowing the harness to pieces.

Ok I did a wiring picture of what /how it is connected now. Do I need any other wiring? Thanks...

 

check the fuse for the foglights? maybe you need a relay to draw the power directly from the battery instead of the factory harness...
