Default HID's

Does anyone know of a place in Fort Worth, tx where i could have HID's installed on my car. My dad doesn't want me to mess the car up doing it by myself cause he has friends who have screwed up thier electrical systems doing that. SO if anyone could fill me in it would be appreciated.

Paying someone for a 20 minute job is dumb. Find a DIY and show your dad the DIY to convince him. It's pretty much impossible to mess anything up unless you start splicing wires or something. Otherwise buying a relay kit is the best way to protect your electrical system.

no offense but your dad doesn't know what he is talking about.

A retarded monkey could put a set of HIDs in a car.

LOL, you should really do it yourself... but if you insist...

http://www.aandrmotorsport.com/store/index.php

I bought my HID's from them, but i installed them myself. They should be able to install it there for you.

Also, a retarded monkey could break the bulbs... lol

The only security measure is adding and installing a relay.

Its the exact same process as installing headlights. Hell auto zone could probly do it for you. Funny your dad would let you buy the lights but not install them yourself.

Yea I just convinced my dad
That we can install them. I
Showed him the video on how to install them
We just need to make a mounting bracket.
There really isn't any room for the ballast n I don't
Want it just hanging around I want it to be secured

Zip ties FTW! They are quick and easy. Some kits will have mounting brackets w/ the kit. You just have to find a spot you like to mount it. That's pretty much the most difficult part of the install.lol

Just let it chill. It's not going to go anywhere. If you really want to put it somewhere 3m tape it to the side of the battery or something.
