a scratch can be repaitned... if the bumper is banged up, bented or dented, expect a new bumper since it is plastic

Sorry bout the luck, btw

if its only a scratch you don't need a new buper unless it went through the bumper

Have a body shop or garage look at the bumper. They will be able to tell you if the bumper needs replacement or just fixed.

Sorry about your luck, man

its not dented or bent just scratches down to the plastic, i can see the black, so most likely i could get this fixed without deformities rather than replacing and painting a whole new bumper right? does anyone know a estimate of how much itll cost?

Alot of times even if it's just a paintjob you can get a new one off trdsparks.com for cheaper than goin to a bodyshop. Same thing happened to me and lowest quote I could get was $300 for a barely noticeable scratch (all the other stuff buffed out), and i can just get a replacement for like $180 shipped and color matched.

>.< no I mean if you just need a paintjob and no actual repair done at a shop, you can get a new one cheaper off trdsparks.

That's like, uh....not bad. Sand, primer, paint. When I had my Cougar I was charged more than that to have some already primered taillight overlays painted.
