A while back I had a cold air intake since I was lowered did not have inner fender well plastics. Didnt know it was bad but was driving to school felt car kind of weird and a little bit later just shut off on me. Didnt wanna start had to get it towed to dealer. A couple hours later it was back up and running. I think they just pulled the spark plugs and made sure everything was dry and it ran. Not sure if it actually hydro locked or not but yeah.
