I know....I live in Michigan, and they love the road salt here. We have had a mild winter sor far, but of course it got snowy and icy the day after I got my car. She looks gray right now
The nice thing is that I can bring my car in the shop at the dealership I work at to wash it.

i will be a owner of a bsp tc feb 28 +/- 2 dayz. got me the 18s", ped spoiler, led, fogs. hopefully the black will be reasonably maintainable as far as cleaniness. suck b/c my city in NC has been on a water shortage, so i can't wash my car at the house, and i don't do car washes by machine.

what do you guys feel about the optional 18" wheels? kind of pricey at $1069, but i'm going for it unless someone convinces me different. hope there won't be too many people with the same rims. is there anyway for me to change the "scion" wheel cap to the enkei symbol?

Price isn't too bad when you consider it's tires and wheels - they're nice, kinda wish I had done those.

As for the badge, don't be ghetto!
If you want Enki's, buy 'em!

if you think about it that way, 1069 for tires and rims, it is a nice deal. but when they add the 18" on with tires, they also take back the original tires. so your not technically getting rim and tires for 1069 since they took back your stock tires.
which is about 267 per rim. kinda pricey if you think about it that way.

the optional 18" from scion is made by enki, but scion put their emblem on the cap instead of enki. i just rather change out the caps or something to make it look more aftermarkket than stock scion wheels.

i guess you like the wheels since you wish you had gotten them... appreciate the feed back

^^^ Not really a good theory...if you bought 18s, you'd have to get new tires too.

All in all, a good deal. Those are nice rims, and I'd buy them as they're not seen very often, and I've only seen 2 RS1s around here...

Anyway, there's lots of choices out there, b ut being able to add these to the financing - if you're going that way - may be easier than digging up extra cash after you buy...

i been trying to check out aftermarket rims for the last week or so. haven't really found anything that caught my eyes. oh well, i'm sure i won't worry so much about getting the right set for my chaving the rims in the finance isn't a big concern for me. since at the port is the only time you can get these rims (unless you buy them on ebay) i probably will purchase them.

well i intended to get it all stock with no options cuz im gonna be getting mostly aftermarket parts instead of trd. but i couldnt wait to get mine so i went to a diff. dealership and the SW they had being delivered there had the extra side airbags, and the floor mats, and thats it. but i have alot of future plans for it coming! its hard to be patient waiting for your car but once you get it you'll be happy ___ hell.

modding the car will be tempting i think. but i'm hoping i won't spend too much money on it. i figure i'll just let the port install all the pasts i want and leave it alone. i already have more than 2k spent on accessories. the exhaust and CAI sounds really tempting, but i'm gonna try to hold myself back. i can see how some ppl (including myself) can spend more on the car than what it's worth...

Whats up SL, my names john. I Just picked my car up yesterday morning and she is beautiful. By the way if you live in the area go to Smithtown Scion because they dont mess around. Back to the car, I went with FM and that color puts a smile to my face everytime i look at it. This has got to be the best decision I have ever made. Hopefully some pics soon, just need a good camera.
