It's all good. When you've had a modded car stolen and turn up 3 weeks later completely stripped, 'what ifs' run through your head like 'what if i didn't have pics online showing off my stuff.'

 

New to the site and liking it already. I'm looking to get two TCs here soon enough. One for my wife (auto) and one for me (manual).

 

Just got a new tC but the dealer had to order it with everything i wanted installed so I'll have it by the end of the week.
Does anyone know a good place for window/light tinting in SoCal?

 

Try California Tint in Rosemead....I take all my cars there and they do great work. You just have to get there early cause by 10am they usually get booked up for the rest of the day.

 

Just wanted to intruduce myself....I got a White 09 TC 5 Speed in June as a Fathers Day gift from my wife....As much as I keep telling her Im keeping it stock I know it wont last... The sound system was put in the very next day and Im getting the itch for wheels and suspension.

I had a 07' Silver TC, which was totaled a while ago, & i loved my car so much i decided to get another one in Flint Mica, an 08. I love my car so much...

hello everyone i joined the forums today and im planing on getting a tc black 5 speed 09 hopefully by the end of this week im a guy who is coming from 2000 dodge neon witch is a great car and i had it on a srt4 swap with a srt4 tranny but the car was stolen and when i got it back its just a chasi so time for a new project and a scion is first on my mind.
plans are a hks exhaust, injen intake,jdm yelow fogs,fidanza light weight fly wheel. and some others but this is main for now asap after i get the car!! thank u so much i will check back with u guys!!

 

So January 18th I was at Snowshoe, WV for a snowboarding trip with a few friends. We headed down the mountain for breakfast and gas after staying the night in the car rather than paying hotel prices at the top of the mountain haha. Well it snowed all night and continued to snow as we came down the mountain. Coming up on the last turn my brakes locked up and I began to slide. Unfortunately..haha.. a charter bus was coming up on the other side. We slammed into the back side of him which resulted in my 2007 tC to be totaled.

Good news to that though.. I just made the down payment for a 2009 tC which i'll be getting this Thursday. Positive side to the whole situation is that my first tC was an automatic which I dreaded. However, this one will be the 5-speed so I really can't wait haha. I feel like a kid getting new candy or something.

I will post pictures up of the accident as soon as I get the chance. Like a before picture showing the damage and an after showing my new 09 tC. Haha. But it's good to be part of the forum, can't wait to contribute to the community.

 

Dang sorry to hear about the dodge, I couldn't imagine having my car stolen. But glad you agreed the same as be with the Black 5-speed tC haha.

yep u too well its kind of good that hapend that now u get a stick but bad at the same time u could of been hurt!! but good thing nothing happend. so now 5 speed tc! good look. looking foward on the pics of it!!

 

Haha yeah, it has it's ups and downs. Everyone came out of the accident fine and no injuries so it could've been a lot worse. -- Good luck with your scion as well, and same to you about pictures haha.
