Default I/H/E gains?

I am going to get an xB shortly, because they rock. I've decided I'm not going to sweat the warranty issue.

So, right off the bat I'm going to get:

Ingen intake - gain 4.07 hp
DC sports header - gain 5.8 hp
MagnaFlow Cat back - gain?

What will the MagnaFlow add?

Any potentail issues from those 3 things?

I'm not sure but I don't think those items would void out your warranty.

Someone else would need to chime in to verify though...

Yes, it will void it. I don't care.

No, they won't. They only will if they cause a problem. If your dealer won't repair your car for reasons not caused by aftermarket parts, they're breaking the law.

Here's a tip, you can't just add up the claimed HP gains from each part and end up with the total.

One of the tuner magazines did a test of these and totaled about 8hp gain from all 3. There is a thread back several weeks about this.

A noticable gain but bang for the buck is just not there.

That's what I was afraid of. If anybody can post the link to that thread, that would be super

The cat back system is gonna give you a real HP gain of 4 1/2 HP. The manifold back system gives you 6HP gain. :D

In the Import Tuner power pages the AEM CAI gave 5-6 hp. Header gave only 1 hp and exhaust was 0.9hp.(header and exhaust numbers may be reversed, I can't remember) IMO I would go with a cold air intake and an exhaust (for sound) and put the header money into something else.
