Snap, as much as she deserves to get in trouble, unless your gf absolutely hates her roommate, don't do it. Getting caught driving with a suspended license, especially because of a DUI, garnishes immediate jail time and another year suspension, at least thats what they told me when I got one (was awhile ago and I matured greatly from the incident. I truly see how lucky I was that I didn't hurt myself or anyone else). So yeah she would get taught a lesson, but she'd also have a new roommate, Tiny in cell block D...
She deserves that for getting the DUI in the first place. DUI should result in a minimum of 1 year jail time and 3 year post jail time license suspension.

Even if you get money from her for the damages, she still tried to get away with it.

I have the best idea (IMO) yet... get her plate number and call the cops saying she is driving eratic and tried to run you off the road and that you think she's wasted.

She'll get stopped, fined for her license, AND she'll have to take all of the sobriety tests. Hopefully she'll have had a bit to drink and that'll be the cherry on top.

You know what, that is pretty harsh, but she has it coming.
A. Don't drink and drive. - Fail
B. Don't drive on a suspended license after getting caught drinking and driving. -Double Fail

Today she is marking up your bumper, tomorrow she is running over pedestrians. If she gets thrown in jail, don't feel guilty, you just did a service to your community.

I agree with you 100% on people taking responsibility. That is what makes this world such a ____ty place to live in, everyone wants to blame their sh*tty behavior on someone else.

OUch why do people with no liscense and insurance get in cars and drive....

My sons mom used to do that and never wore a seat belt, was stoned all the time and tweaked out on dope.......drove like a madman........drove me nuts.......she still has not gotten hers......but she will.

Sorry for your damage to your car......we work so hard to do things the right way and so many just do not care and scrape by at our expense.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone

To no surprise, she is denying everything, but I have yet to confront her in person, the only person she's talked to is my gf, who tried to play peace maker and devil's advocate, but I plan on getting in her face about it tonight, I'll be able to see if she's lying or not, and if she is, then I'll be posting up all of her info, so others can beware, and for any friendly 5.0 to keep a look out.

Report that Biscuit to the police. She should be in jail for that crap. That will teach her. Sometimes you just gotta be a butthole.

^^ yep I've been saying that all day. I found out she has her "provisional" license, so I guess its not completely illegal for her to drive, but its still the principle of the matter.

I'm gonna be taking pictures and measurements tonight, I'll post it up once i get a chance

Well, not as illegal is still illegal. Plus, if she doesn't have insurance, isn't that illegal? I guess it depends on your state.
