beezy or whatever you call her, is probably one of those people that when driving back or backing up her car, when she hits something is when she stops and thinks to herself that she probably backed up too much, then pulls forward and thats it. LOL!

Did she know it was your car? I would say grab a disposable piece of metal (similar to a car key) and scratch the car as much as possible. Then toss the metal away somewhere around the corner. A police report will help but unsure if insurance will fully cover the claim. As stated before, record her driving down the street and give the video to the police. She will definitely get her license revoked and car will be impounded.

hahaha, oddly enough, I don't care about the damage any more; its honestly not bad enough for me to want to go through all the time and money to fix it. I just want her to get what she deserves, thats why I'm only filing a criminal suit against her, and not civil.

Tina: I don't know if I'm going yet or not, from my current stand point, I kinda doubt it, I have class all week and SEMA is smack in the middle of midterm week, hopefully I can get around it, but we'll see

so since this is about inconsiderate people. i left my car out last night parked in the street which is pretty rare because i usually leave it in a garage but the only time i decided to park outside some inconsiderate bastard tried popping my lock. they failed at opening the lock but still left some scars on my car from trying to yank the lock out. i hate inconsiderate people that steal from people that does honest work to get what they want. i should have known not to leave my car out living in las vegas. we were number 1 for the most car theft in 2006 and 2nd in 2007. http://money.aol.com/insurance/auto/...r-theft-cities

 

^^ Sorry to hear about your car, I feel your pain for sure bro! File a police report, and if there has been a number of car robbery attempts w/in your neighborhood, then maybe they'll be able to catch the guy.
