there are loopholes around this. the insurance is covering the car and whoever bought the insurance, meaning, if the car is insured with an owner, and the owner lets whoever drives it, that means that owner of the insurance is reliable for any damages or injuries that the car causes they lend the car out. provisional license only means ur under 21, i have a provisional license, doesnt mean im driving illegally. so as long as the car is insured, and the owner knows they took it out, its legal. they could say they're just lending it to a friend, thats not illegal.... vehicle is insured..

good luck calling the cops on her. Just to be sure about things, have at least 1 witness who saw her car parked in front of yours. Or if it is still parked there, go snap the picture right now.

Well the good thing is the damage isnt that bad. But i liek the evidence you have presented. very nice. Plus who runs away from the question if they are inoccent. But to get back at her in a fun way. Freeze 2 cans of barbers shaving creame(not gel) and then take them and put them in her car. once they start to thaw they will busrt and her whole car will fill with shaving creme.

dam...that honestly sucks when you aren't there to see it actually happen. Then you get an idea on who it is, and they totally deny it....SOOOOO ANNOYING. (same thing happened to me last week, but a truck with a hitch made a nice 3x3 "[]" on my fender...)

 

haha great idea guys! well, I filed the police report this morning, now all I can do is wait and see. Hopefully I have enough evidence for a detective to pick up the case and continue to prosecute, as for the girl who hit my car...lets all just pray that she gets whats coming to her ;]

Just a side note....grab your camera and take pictures of her tooling down the street in her car. Then proceed to the police department. Done deal...car impounded...she goes down.....and DL gets revoked.
