ok so some kid backed up into me and dented my front fender, its not that noticeable but its there, i kinda want it fixed. but hes paying out of pocket, so what im wondering if i should fix the dent or, some new rims or something.

for those who think that's a dick move, using the money for something else, im not going to insurance to help HIM, not me.

 

same thing happened to my rear bumper with my friend.
used the cash to paint my lip kit instead.

 

depends how much hes gonna give you :D i would buy my self something nice for the car. since your saving him from going through insurance.

 

yea do what you want with the money, either way he needs to pay you for the damage. Just get a quote for the damage and it wont be dick move

Dude in classic Porsche backed into me at a grocery store in February......I got a minor scratch and achip in the bumper.......

Took the $1500 I got and bought a Kami hood and D3.......I to this day do not notice that scratch or chip.....LOL

 

well here the thing, its gonna cost $1400 to fix, he said he will give me about $1000-$1200 before he would go through insureance. ill post a pic of the damage and you guys can tell me.

 

get the money and do what you want with it...thats what i did when my truck got hit...
