very odd guy, he seemed uber mad I did not include a receipt in the package, freaking out actually *LOL* He never responded when I told him he paid through paypal and his receipt is auto emailed to him / he can get a copy from his paypal account.

Sad to say, but most lawyers are like this. They have this notion that because they are a lawyer they can get whatever the hell they want, and have the legal "know how" to do so.

Truth is, most of them are just ambulance chasing a-holes who make less than the man at the McD's drive thru. I'm not kidding either. I know some of these a$$hats personally....

Anyways, I wouldn't sweat it.

Many people lie and claim to be lawyers online when they are angry, just to make themselves feel better and try to scare people.

 

Right on guys, yeah I was not scared at all that is for sure, was so stupid actually I was laughing thinking "is this guy serious" But it did put a big damper on the day just knowing someone wants to bad mouth me after excellent service.

 

I hear some pretty good stories on this stuff from my dad, who owns a shop (you can imagine some of the stuff a mechanic has to listen to). My favorite was a guy that came in and had my dad look at and drive his car... dad did it and gave him and idea of what was wrong for free (he rarely charges for that and never charges the minimum shop time bs that many shops do for a 10 minute job). The guy asked if he gave discounts to doctors like some of the other shops did (thats right, a DOCTOR asking a private mechanic if he gets a discount), to which my dad replied "I will give you the same discount you would give me". The guy got all huffy and walked out No biggie though, his shop is packed to the hilt all the time, so he simply runs off the a-hole customers :D
