Default I still have the creak, now what?

Took the TC in about 2 weeks ago and they fixed it per the TSB.

Only problem is... the creak is still there going over bumps or pulling into drive ways.

NOW WHAT? Drop the car off and let them play around with it? dunno.

The TSB doesn't relate to all creaks. You shouldn't have requested the TSB. Rather, suggested it as a possibility.

It's the same creak everybody else is getting from their roof... no reason why the TSB specifically for that shouldn't apply.

Take it back and try again. Assuming it is what the TSB applies to for sake of argument, all you can do is complain or take it somewhere else. Or, try it yourself.

Keep in mind that your roof will still make occasional noise, even if it's "fixed." That's the downside of an all-glass roof.

There was a post somewhere (don't remember if it was on Scion Life) that had instructions so you could see for yourself whether the "fixable" problem was fixed or not.

BTW, if the guy in that toyotanation thread represents the knowledge level of Toyota's techs, I'm sorry I bought a Toyota.
