bumper to bumper (with free schedule maintenance) is still intact 'til May 05 and I got additional 2yr/100k mi after that.

That's what I was going for too. Too bad, they only willing to give couple hundreds discount off MSRP for a 3.

I checked. Toyota offers 4.9% for tier 1. Audi has a promotion for 0% APR. tC + wanted options + APR is about the same as this one.
