yeah, i think ill trade back for the hks. i really miss the deep tone. whenever my rev is pretty high, like on a freeway for example, i hear my car and its sounds like a civic. hhaha

I just polished my HKS yesterday night while putting on my rear camber arms.. looks like new again. :D Just thought of this thread.

i was working on a friend's 05 tc. sold her my s-techs and installed them for her for $20. just wanted to show all you haters that its possible. no one got hurt or even what some ppl would say "died". HAHHAHA. excuse the sniffles. i was sick and it was freezing outside.

btw, that thing that fell off at the end of the clip was part of the top mount. just so happen to come loose right when i took off the strut. nothing broke. lols

I didn't use a spring compressor when I installed my racelands. I didn't have an impact wrench either, I just used a torque wrench and *****'d it.

How much is the shop charging you to paint the kit? Are they doing everything? (sand/primer/paint/clear)

 

yeah, the works. he said $180. i asked for 150 or 160. he said naw. eventually i brought it down to 170 for the whole thing.

 

got my kit today from the shop. they did a great job. i'd highly recomend them. if u want their number, lemmie know.

so i might be getting rid of the torques. someone is offering to buy them from me. i called miro. i might settle for the stp1. i asked socal if i can get em, cuz i felt bad if i copied his set up. he's chill about it. THANKS BLAKE!!! im getting 17 inches for sure. but what do you guys think? should i go 9 wide? or 9.5? or 10? or staggered? im leaning towards 10 all around.
