Jay, Make sure you write-up a dealer review. Bad press is the best thing you can do online if you were done wrong.

thx i forgot theres a dealers review here.. i got to post it up.. and i wished toyota could of called me back about my dealer experience again.. so i could explain how unsatisfied i was.. ironicly my friend just came back from the army and got a used tc from hamer.. and i really think he could of got a better deal with a new one.. they didn't even bother to tell them that the price of the used one was pratically the same as new one... ohh well.. at least he's a scion member and he's gonna fix it up pretty soon ... i would still recommend them because the person i worked with was really helpfull and helped me on everything.. its just the matter what happened with the vin numbers being screwed up and the price difference i believe they could of done a way better job of satisfying me and correcting the errors. ohh well.. one of the many problems with scion dealerships... that people have encountered.. well worth it to get such a sweet car

^^^ It's up ot the buyer to his/her homework on prices...not the dealer

But if I owned a dealership, I'd give a returning serviceman/woman a price break - no matter what.

Good luck. In the worst-case scenario, you got some good mats.

I purchased my Scion Tc from Russell Toyota in Maryland, and because of that I was given a discount card. For the life of my car, I will never pay over 22.95 for an oil change, and I get an additional 10% off of any services and/or parts. Some dealerships have perks like this and others don't. I hate to say this, but I don't think that you got a deal, i think they slipped on by you.
