Default mass air flow sensor /ecm/pcm

Hi I'm new to this just got a 2007 scion to and has a intake and exhaust .my problem is I have codes up for the mass air flow sensor and the ecm pcm processor . The other problem I have is the the intake mass air flow sensor input where you put the two screws they don't match up you have to bend the tab a little to get it to fit in the intake I need help. Why I have the ecm/pcm Prosser on and mass air flow please let me know thanks

hey how are you?

You probably will get more feed back if you start a new thread in another part of the forum, but to answer your question.

Intake - you have a 2007 scion Tc? XB?

IF its a Tc - i can help you with that

the 2005 to 2007 Tc used a different MASS sensor than the 08 going forward.

Hopefully you bought a 2005 to 2007 intake.

Regarding the code,, if the MASS is not properly seated then it will throw a code, do you know the code number?


in regards to this - " the ecm pcm processor " are you saying you have codes stored in the car computer as due to the mass?

first thing I recommend is properly sitting the MASS or verifying that you bought the right one.
