Here are some posts about paint problems. But of course you can't believe everything you read on the internet. My bumper has 2 rock dings after a couple weeks of driving. Either I am unlucky or the paint is not quality. My friend that worked in a body shop said Toyota isn't using a 'cushion' paint layer that supposedly absorbs impacts like that so the paint is more durable, but it is more complicated than that i guess.

And it was pouring for a couple days and the car gets squirrely going through medium sized puddles even at low speed. You'd figure with all that weight it would stay on the ground.
