I saw a pretty sweet 08' today randomly so I grabbed the camera out the glove and snapped a couple. Honestly this thing was more impressive in person. I do like the lower grill and the upper grill is not too bad either. Headlights are sick with the lids. Only reason why this one looked so clean is because the dealer or new owner must have put the eyelids on right away. I can't tell you how much of a difference black eyelids on a black 08' make. Looked clean to me! Does this change anyone's mind?

I guess everyone missed the point of designing a grill that not many people like on a car brand that the point is to buy aftermarket acessories........

The new grill is a BRILLIANT move by Scion. It makes way for people to further customize there Scion and fill toyotas wallet as well as there contributors payroll with money for replacements for the grill. Its perfect marketing.

 

screws scion, fill my wallet...50$ for the 07 top and bottom set of 4 grilles (i'll give you TWO bottoms!) but i want your bottom grille in exchange. deal?

 

ehhhh i dont think its that bad, but aftermarket is the way to go...even with old grill aftermarket looks better...
