Default Lowered with 17"s vs. Lowered with 18"s

I have the stock 17'' rims and tires and I am going to getting the Tein S-Techs installed and I think it might look a little funny with the smaller rims with the drop. I know the 18's will look just fine, but that would be money I'd rather not spend, but I was seeing if there was anyone who has a picture of their tC with the Tein's and their stock 17's. Know what I'm saying? Thanks.

Well it would look better with 18's but if you don't want to spend the money then your 17's will do just fine.

S-Techs on stock wheels...

S-Techs on 17" RPF-1s.

I personally like the look of 17s on a tC with a drop.

Jasper, i agree with the look of 17's dropped. But you need to be SLAMMED to pull it off. I don't think 17's look right with a drop like s-techs.

Jasper - that picture with you stock 17s is nice. I like that. 17's will do fine for me then. Thanks for putting those pictures up. I appreciate the feedback guys.

Its all personal preference, some people just like the look of 18's more. 18's though are gonna be heavier and you might notice that it takes some more effort to turn. Also, if you want to go lower, you might want to stay with 17's.

I think the lowered with 17s looks nice. How much do the teins drop it?

Yeah, the tein's are 2.4 front 2.0 rear. It'll be nice. But 18's with those springs won't look as low as the 17's. I'm stickin with the 17's.
