I was recently injured in a car accident and was wandering about insurance companys

I sent in my request witch I think is reasonable but they countered 7000 dollars lower

is this usally what happens when you first send in your request does it noramally go back and forth like this.

This is has been a magor pain in my neck.

don't let them low-ball you.........stand firm and let them know that you really don't want lawyers involved but that yours is standing by just in casr. Always remind them that it was their insured that caused the accident and you just want to get on with your life....Remember they owe YOU not the other way around!!!

 

Next time you talk to them, tell them not to insult you r intelligence with that offer and when they are ready to settle with YOUR figures to contact you......they have to settle within a certain time frame that reasonable...check your state laws!!!
