Header was no issue, this one is stuck- wd-40, coke, impact wrench- NOTHING. I even tried taking if off when hot- didn't move an inch

You tried once it was off the car or on the car? Just secure it somehow so you can get a lot of leverage. Probably better on the car so it's the most secure. I'm just throwing ideas out there as I've never installed an s/down pipe

I helped install my boys exhaust and we had similar problems. Try seafoam penetrant, a wrench and a hammer! Worked for us lol

my came right off with a impact gun,i soaked in pb blaster,then with my impact gun,it came off,with the pipe off the car,alot easier,mine was rusted in there also,but i sprayed it a day before it was gonna come out

I'll give it another shot, but really considering just cutting the wires off and replacing the downpipe

I just got mine about a week ago, really impressed with this exhaust for the price. easy installation, well if you have a lift and impact gun lmao! Its loud as crap though, but a good loud. I recommend it to anyone want a nice deep sound to their tc!

this was my first exhaust i have ever had on my TC...amazing for the price and i really liked it!! about the sound...it is quite loud but it sounds so sad compared to the raceland catback i have now. that is one loud mother!!
