Mid pipe s-pipe question

Mid pipe s-pipe question
I plan to get the Injen SES Performance Exhaust system for my tc, I'm hearing mid pipes and s-pipes help the airflow for exhaust, i know little info about them so should i get mid pipe or s-pipe, and what brand? Thanks
