Ok well im very interested to get a tC. I was looking for a brand new one but my Cuz gave me what looks like a great offer. He is offering hit 06 tC. 20'' Black rims. CLarion FLipout toutch screen. HEadrest tv's. Whole sound system hooked up. About 20,000 miles..

for about 16g. Would that be a good offer to take up?
It also has like smoked lights and tint.. and alarm..

For almost that amount you can almost buy a brand new tC ! If the price gap is that close I'd rather buy a stock but brand new tC. You may treat your car differently when buying it used than new. (i.e. you may have less respect for your used car)

 

Actually a stock 08 tC is running about 18K right now and to add accessories (which wouldn't compare to what is in the 06 offer) would bump it to around 20K+.

I think it is a pretty good deal for $16,000:

2006 tC with only 20,000 miles
Headrest Monitors (which I think are useless unless people ride in the back constantly or if it is a show car)
Clarion Flipout Headunit
Smoked Lights (tails or headlights? legal or not?)
Windows Tinted (legal limit or not?)
20" wheels

My concerns are the tint, whether its legal for you state, you might get hassled by the cops. Same goes with the smoked lights. In the 20,000 miles has anything major happened to the car?
