Default Need some help PLEEASE! Electrical issues....06 tC

So I put a new battery put in my car. I now have no power to anything but the dash. The gauge pod lights up gauges test span and it shows mileage with no key in the ignition, but I have no power to anything else in the car. If I put the key in the ignition the gauge pod lights get brighter but still nothing. Keyfob dont work, no power windows, no crank, nothing... I went through engine bay to check that all plugs plugged in everything, no wires disconnected anywhere, grounds are grounded. Checked all fuses and relays with multimeter and all have voltage. Power to alternator and starter. Pulled starter and it spins. I cant figure it out. Any help would be great.

Sounds like a grounding issue. Did you test the battery to make sure you didn't get a dud? Did you try and jump it?

Thats what I thought but I have a tried the new battery and the battery from my other car that I know is good and both do the same thing. I checked the batt ground cable and made sure it was grounded at the engine and at the spot under the battery bracket.
