That sucks. I probably would have gone the route of getting a new car since the resale value of your car is probably now in the toilet.

wow...dude I've been through a similar experience with my car....what the hell happened?? Cuz I see you were hit pretty bad in the back and front....My car is in the body shop right now and the front of mine looks similar to the front of yours just not as bad. That looks like at least $9000 of damage....its great to see that you didnt give it up and made it look better than it did before the accident

i hit some ice on a highway and spun, i actually hit the median with the passenger side so it wasnt a hard hit, i just rolled on the rail.whatd you do? my estimate was for $10g.i ended up getting all my parts for $3g and my dad and i did most of the work fixing it so the body shop bill wont be that much (havent gotten it yet)..thanks im really glad i kept it

ya i thought about just stripping it for parts and scrapping ,but since it didnt actually cost that much to fix it it worked out really good..and theres no s/c tcs around where i live, everyone has Si's or stock tc's

Hey ur situation is different from mine...my situation was caused by a old lady who couldnt drive.....I know it had to suck even more in your case because its not like you could blame the accident or damage on someone else...Im def gonna keep mine though, it has over 166,000 miles on it. I got a thread in here about it

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=185345

I should be getting my car back from the body shop any day now, when I do ill take pics

well sorta, i lost it on ice because someone cut me off and was about to hit me, so i swerved to avoid them and slipped on the ice...so i still blame them. ^ that sucks. i know a lot of people are going to say get a new car but i know how you feel. I had so many people telling me not to keep my car and wen i started fixing it i was making a mistake . all of them have taken it back after seeing it now
