New car break in and winter weather effects.
I already searched and came up with nothing.
My SW 5mt tC is suppose to be here in about a month and i am concerned about breaking it in. My concern is the 30 degree weather i've been having lately. Will this effect the quality of the break in?
I know that metals react differently to extreme temperatures and was wondering if the "rings" will seat properly with such cold weather. I'm afraid everything in the motor will be stiff. I would imagine that if it was warmer or hot the metals would be somewhat softer so to speak possibly making them seat better?
Maybe i'm just paranoid, someone please enlighten me. BTW this is my first brand new car. Just want it to last a long time.
