OEM scion unit
Cool cool. Nice to see them adding nicer options.

As for the Teins I have basics on my car and I love them. They can be a bit bumpy if you live in an area with a l ot of rough roads, but I like to be able to feel the road so I really like mine.

hahaha...i got a lot of happy scion customers floating around on Scionlife
Theres a reason why Ive been here for 3 1/2 years selling scions...I get at least 1 or 2 referrals each month alone from previous satisfied customers so it pays to be a good guy, although salesman get a bad rep no matter what. It also helps that I have a referral program where if anyone sends a customer in and they take delivery of a vehicle from me, that person who sent me the referral gets a $50 check just for saying my name
Glad you guys are both happy with my services, and start sending those people in to collect that $50

How do I give you a good reference like, they didn't call me to do the survey. I was just going to write in. It was nice to deal with someone that was knowledgeable about the cars, and also someone that drives them.

And to clear everything up I do not have a NBM, I have a Flint Mica. I have not see "too many" around, I see more SW than anything.

Well, you can send in a card or letter if ud like to the dealership addressed to me and I'll put it on my desk with the rest of them that I have gotten from happy customers like yourself. As far as the survey goes, it will be at least a week or so before they contact you to do it. I gotta give you the club information so you can join up on Team ScioNRG! Hit me up tommorow if u want more info

The way I saw it was that I am new to New York, its very useful, it also has a TON of features that the average GPS does not give me. Also the DVD capabilities on roadies is very nice.

To me it is better than fishing out $400 for a decent GPS, another $500+ for a DVD player with screen. I would have to pay all of that up front, whereas getting installed with the vehicle it becomes a small fraction over the course of my financed amount.

Overall it looks very clean and its useful for me, I think it was an excellent addition to the car for resell value as well.

To each their own of course.

it would be cool if hte nav kinda scooted back a bit when you wanted to close the cover instead of getting rid of it all together.

Yeah, I wouldn't get rid of the cover. People can see in, and someone might take it. I also wouldn't have gotten that unit. I would have bought a portable navi,

But it does look good... I'd just be concerned with no cover. I don't really know how high car break ins/thefts are out in your area, but in where I'm at, they're something to be concerned about, lol.

In general, I like your car. If something happened to my tC, I would get an 08... but I'd swap the tails, and get a new grille ASAP. The projectors are growing on me, but I don't like how the lens points out.

Also, this may be a biased opinion, since I've never had anything but Tanabe for springs......... I'd say go for Tanabe. Mine actually sits lower than they're supposed to. I don't have wheel gap and I'm on 17s. They ride nice, and I've never had a problem. They've been on the car for 6,1XX miles.

Have fun with your new tC and welcome to the Scion community.

yea, they remove the door cause it will not fit.
Chris, go with the tein springs, I had them on my tC, no problems whatsoever
thats bad, Id hate to have anav system out in the open like that with no lid, its pretty much screaming to a thref to take it.
