yea, they remove the door cause it will not fit.
Chris, go with the tein springs, I had them on my tC, no problems whatsoever

thats bad, Id hate to have anav system out in the open like that with no lid, its pretty much screaming to a thref to take it.

Isnt that pretty much how all OEM nav systems are? Ive never seen a car with a lid to cover the nav system...im sure if a thief is gonna wanna break into your car, a lid over the radio isnt gonna deter him from wanting to find out whats in the car to begin with

yea, you along with every other single tC owner out there that has a 05-07 with an aftermarket nav system. He has an 08 with the OEM nav system, theres a big difference

i have the 08 with the oem nav and i LOVE it, ive heard all the crap about no one wanting it cause it doesnt have the door and I have to agree with simplyscion, when do u ever see a OEM nav covered!?!? other then the ones that drop into ur dash, but that doesnt mean that no one knows its there! if you're going to get OEM nav why would you want it to look 'aftermarket' by putting it further into the dash and putting a door over it.
I agree its pricey BUT it was very convenient to get and will def add to the resale value!

people just got used to that damn door lol
if you never had it (like me) you wouldnt want it sooo bad.
change isnt always bad!! =)
