yup... absolutely correct.. the cool LED arrays are manufactured by Radiantz.. you can buy those parts and make them for cheaper.. (if you wanna DIY your headlights to look like it).. i'm thinking of just the eyelids... and maybe.. maybe the angel eyes... though the LED array looks pretty bad compared to actual bmw plasticy angel eyes stuff... hmm...

and i'd rather go to the people who actually makes them http://www.clearcorners.com/ then going thru tctunerz..

I hate to bust everyones bubble but if you go to the web site that sells the $1300, they state that they are not for road use.

If you think about it $1300 is only expenisive if it is in USD or EURO Funds.

its not for road use because they have clear corners. A lot of people do clear corners anyway. To me, its not that bad of a deal if you get HIDs, clear corners, the custom LED eyebrow, and angel eyes. I just want to know if they put a cutoff sheild on the lights so they project properly. I don't want to blind traffic.

there's no projectors in the headlight unless i'm blind. so they probably just use an illegal HID conversion kit and brand it as HID.
