me....+ speeding tickets = no more driving lol

im just gonna wait till spring for my intake and exhaust...im gonna buy the short throw...im only gonna be able to drive my car around the block once a week, just so it doesnt sit all winter...no point of purchasing one part at a time when i dont have a lisence...might as well save up all winter and buy my stereo and intake and exhaust at the same time

stereo first in my opinion. i deffinetly enjoy my stereo A LOT! i couldn't do w/o it. the first thing i did to my car other than take the sticker off that the dealership put on was throw in a subwoofer. i have slowly started doing performance stuff now though. the ingalls damper and shifter cable bushings are a must. definetly buy an ingalls damper, especially if your gonna be doing other performace mods to your car.

but if your losing your liscence for speeding why try to make your car even faster?

im on my parents insurance, and they havent caught up to me yet. an intake does not create that much power to my car, and i have to start somewhere. i dont want to be the kid that has all the apperance mods to their car, but no performance to back it up. whats a car that looks nice, but doesnt perform nice?

The only person's opinion that should matter is yours and yours alone. It's your car...do what you want with it. They have "show cars" which are mainly appearance mods, they have "race cars" which obviously are performance orientated, and then there are cars that have both.

I know you came here for suggestions and ideas of what to do to your car, but it's you that ultimately decide what you want with it. Don't let other people's opinions influence your choices completely. It seems that you have other financial obligations to consider first. I would focus on those and then worry about fixing up the car.

Depends on what you want out of it. If your system is just going to be subs you throw in for the pleasure of bass and sound, then I would say put the intake on and add performance.

If you are doing it up with the system for looks n what not then go for that.

But if you already have the intake and the system then why not do both?

Intake over s/t, IMO, you're eventually gonna get it all though, right? So I guess it doesn't really matter. whichever one you can afford first.
