Hey whats up guys! I just bought a pair of Koito hyper white low beams for the tC, and I was wondering if that site, www.optauto.com is legit and people have bought from that site. I hope I didn't make a mistake! But, someone from this forum referred me that they are good to do business with. Anyways, has anyone bought anything from them?

 

I gota few things from the for my old Xb. Pretty good people and fast shipping times.

 

Yeah I ordered from them a few years ago... Good company, even offered to cancel some items on my order cause they were just going to out of stock when I ordered. But I waited it out and it was great only took a few days to get my orders.

 

options is a huge company. they're more of a distributor then a reseller.. they're located in Azusa and even have a shop to pick stuff up if you need.

 

Yeah they are legit....I orginally bought my tC injen intake and changed my mind and they we cool enough to take it back and give me full credit back minus the shipping and i ended up getting my greddy exhaust from them..


received it within 4 days.....i love it.

 

I am not getting any responses or anything from these people at options auto. I recieved a confirmation email, but that was since tues. 7/12/05... Has anyone purchased something from them recently??? Thanks,

 

They are legit I just ordered from them about a week ago, they ship very quickly

 

You'll get your stuff. We have an account with them and they provide us with what we need very quickly. I've even bought stuff direct and they shipped pretty quickly. You shouldn't have any problems.

BTW - I also have Koito White beams and LOVE them. It's the perfect OEM light upgrade. No more yellow, but no blue that attracts cops and hurts your driving ability in the rain. Plus, I went through about 4 other sets of bulbs (all blew out in less than a month) and these Koitos are still running perfect ater 4 months.

 

Never had a problem with Option...good company.

 

Shouldn't you be asking this question before you actually purchased something from them. And by the way, YES they are a good company.

 

Well, how come when I click on "check on status order" it resets me back to the login menu. I can't even check on the status of my order

 

So, why don't you call them?
