Need a little help. I have had my tC for only three weeks and have many rock chips in the bumper and front part of hood. It is Flint Mica. Any word on how the paint is holding up or do we have a problem? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Every time I take my Super White on the freeway it chips..

 

Sorry man. We've got thin paint. I just try to keep a thick coat of wax on my car, and stay away from Semi trucks.

That, and I hit everything I see with Touch-Up paint ASAP.

 

My FM has 7000 miles and no chips so far. But I do have touch up paint just in case. But any car out there is going to get a chip(s) sooner or later. Driving at 65+, there is just NO paint out there that is going to protect you from a 18 wheeler throwing a rock, etc. back at your car.
