Since they never responded back to my email, is it piece 24 that I need? The plastic under the engine on the left side broke off, or do I does the entire left side include the piece (number 27)

I can't find my camera so, the piece I think I need seems to connect to 27 in the picture, and is connected to the bottom of the wheel well plastic. If anyone can confirm which piece it is, ty!
