you may have disconnected a wire like a ground, if you yanked any wires check around maybe you'll find something

i'd double check the fuses too, I've had fuses "look" ok but they really weren't

it sounds like u burned up the parking light filament (our cars use a dual filament bulb, one for parking light and one for brake lights) on the bulb as you installed it with the power on. if the brake lights work but not the parking light its usually the light bulb itself as most brake light systems use the same fuse. i would install new bulbs and check to see if it is working again. sometimes when the parking light filament is out its really hard to tell.

^^There are 2 separate panels where fuses are located; one under the hood and the other is inside the car next
to the steering wheel. The Tails fuse is located inside the car. Stick your head in by the pedals and look up. You'll see the cover.

When I put LEDs in my 'reverse' lights, I took the Tails fuse out before I swapped the bulbs out.
After install of LEDs, I put the fuse back in. All was good afterward.
