I have a Yakima rack that currently is for a 2" receiver, but it can be converted to 1-1/4". Looks like it will go, but since trick things come with trick problems, I thought I would see who has gone through this exercise. TIA

BTW: The installation sheet says the horizontal bar will not be visible from the rear of the vehicle, only the receiver tube.

 

Someone on here custom fabricated one for their tC. It came out pretty nice. Try the search.
