Default Scion Tc- need suggestions for pass through sale..

Leased a 2005 Scion Tc. Do not need car anymore (had leased to save $$$$ on rental for out of town project. Car will have at max 5000 miles upon returning to Texas. Since I cannot do private party sale...but yet think someone should get a fair deal on used Scion...I was trying to find a way to hook up with a potential buyer who I could bring to dealership. The upside is that the buyer will be getting a low mileage TC in mint condition and not pay huge markup. Does this idea stink or do you have any suggestions. According to Toyota Motor Credit I can only sell to dealer (otherwise I would have to payoff lease and pay sales tax only to turn it around and sell it to someone else and they would have to pay sales tax..

I had a 2000 Tacoma on a lease. When I sold it in 2003, I sold it to someone who gave me the money and I forwarded the money to the bank who held the lease (Bank of the West) and paid it off. Plain and simple.
