Can you please refrain from posting in my thread? I'm asking you because, on one hand, you usually don't have anything useful to say and on the other you don't own a tC.
Thank you very much

I own a tC and sell them. I have had no problems with it. Yes, I do have that popping with the roof, but that was expected. There is a TSB out on it now. So Toyota has realised the problem.
With the ABS problem- I have not heard of any recalls on it, but I have read threads on it. The only thing that I can think of is the drivers are slaming on their brakes too hard going in to turns, or to avoid road hazards. ABS can't "lock-up"! It defeats the purpose. My educated guess is the BA (Brake Assist). If your salesman didn't do his job, then he didn't tell you how it works....BA, will just about double the braking force to the wheels than the driver can. It will ONLY engage in a hard and fast brake pedal push. So going around turns too fast, don't slam the brakes. Your car will sense an emergency stop and in turn activate Brake Assist. Hard turns=FEATHER your brakes. You're not in a Nascar. BA is the only reasoning that I can come up with that can be causing this "ABS" problem. Drives that don't know how to use their car's mechanics yet.
I hope this helps.......But I DO LOVE my tC!!!

Fyrewal was expressing his opinion about HIS car (after all, this is what this thread is all about). Let me spell it out for you: this thread is looking for owners opinion so, if you are not an owner, how can you tell if the tC is up to your expectations or not?
Anyway thank you for the thread crap.
To everybody else interested in the results of this poll and with the risk of stating the obvious, one of those votes belongs to CG. I don't have to tell you what he chose, do I?
