Scion tC speedometer not working
I decided to swap out my LEDs for my gauge cluster to blue LEDs! My project was going smoothly right up until the speedometer decided not to work properly!!! This was my first time doing soldering and I started out using a bad solder.. Possibly could have put solder in the wrong place or somthing to mess up my speedometer motor?!? I'll post a photo and you might laugh at my soldering job and probably wonder how the leds could possibly work but they do so please look beyond that and see if you could help me with my dilemma
They have millions of speedometer apps on your phone. Download one. I've had to do it after my racing transmission was built. My speedometer said I was doing 35mph on the interstate. Yeah.. okay...not.
I have since got it calibrated correctly, but regardless, if you can't fix it, then f.ck it. Download an app and after a few days, you'll know what RPM's in what gear correlate with your MPH and you won't even need it.
