Im planning on Tinting my Silver TC, Im dunno if I should go w/ Mirror tint on a Silver car or Black?! If anyone has pics of Tint on a Silver TC Please post pics!! I cant find any on a Silver TC. Thanks!

That would be mine with 22%, and I have a slight problem driving at night with it.

 

I'm planning on putting 5% on the rear windshield and rear side windows and 15% on the door windows, with a 5% strip on the front. I think mirror tint looks cheap / ugly. Besides, illegal black tint is easier to get away with.

 

on my ssm, i have 5% 3m tint all the way around w/ a windshield stip. it looks sweet! when i was trying to figure out what % tint i wanted, a friend told me these great words, "...go all the way or go home." add blue bat's smoked overlays to it, and it'll make it even sharper lookin.

 

Any pics of the Front Windsheild Strip?! I wonder what that'll look like w/ the All glass top (kinda looks like black @ nite) :D

20 and 15's tasteful... mirror IMO is kinda tacky and 5% is a little rediculous unless ur trying to hide somethin :?

 

i live in hot as hell texas and 5% does wonders to protect you from the sun. for some reason i feel more secure when ppl can't see in my car while i'm away from it. 5% just looks soooooo damn good...imo.

i will borrow my friends digital camera next sun. or mon. and post some pics of the perty tint.

 

Here a few of my car. The fronts are 35% and the sides and hatch are 20%. Unfortunately, they don't show off the tint very well. I'm not very good at taking pictures, and I have yet to invest in a nice camera. LOL

5% all around for mine and you can see just fine out of them . plus ive had 5% on all my cars and yes ive been pulled over for other things like speeding and they never said anything.

 

You guys tinting both sunroofs too right?

Yeah, the sunroofs are already tinted. The percentages were posted here once, but they are somewhere between 20 and 30%. I asked my tint shop if they'd even do sunroofs (since I've heard mixed things about doing so) and they said no.

 

Hey I have a BSP with 5% all the way around and 20% on the entire front windshield. It looks awesome. Pics are in my sig. As for the sunroof my "tinter" said that it could no be tinted becaue it is the glass itself is tinted, its not a film, and something about toxins being released onto the film make it corrode. Hell if I know what he was talking about, but whatever (he knows more than me).
