so last night while my car was parked out on my street.... some tard backed into my car!!! Brand new 2010... I just got this car in July!!!!

Looks like white paint... Does the person who lives across from you have a white car? Sounds like a time to call up small claims court.

You got it... a White Ford Taurus... its my g/fs next door neighbor. She pulled into my g/fs driveway and back out and hit my car. She was trying to turn back around... I don't know why the !@#$ she couldn't of turned around in her own driveway!!!!!

She should have to pay for it. I hate things like this though because they never get it quite right after a wreck.

You need to call the police and make a report if she refuses to pay for the damages. Taking lots of pictures was good.

 

No Worries. Report has been filed. Its on its way to the body shop. It will get a brand new bumper and fender and what ever else it needs. My insurance is covering everything. heh... or should I say her insurance is going to cover everything.
