get it re-aligned or rebalanced, or do both, and also check your lugs if all of them are still there, tighten them too...

Sounds like a tire or wheel problem. You don't have to get an alignment if you take your wheels off. I rotate mine all the time and never had an alignment and I've got 50,000 miles and my tires wear perfect. The only time an alignment is needed is if you hit a curb or something big to jar something off. If it's only one wheel then it's probably balancing problem.

take it in to have the balance checked. also check the tread on that tire by running your hand over it. If there is cupping or wear in odd places, definitely the alignment. Weird treadwear would definitely cause noise. check that and get back to us.

Yeah it sounds like the balance on one of the wheels on your right side

rotate your tires too see how that affects it..if its a wheel out of balance then you should notice a difference...you probably threw a weight...notice any loud thunks (like road debris) before this started...?..

You might have some "feathering" of your tire or tires?
Run your hand against the outer edge of the tire...backwards. It will probably feel like "scales" or "feathers".

hey teck22- so it was vibrating and making noise along with an increase in speed?

how did the dealer diagnose it?

i just told them there was a vibrating coming from the right front tire and when ever they wheel was turned to the right it would go away. I think they did the lift the car and spin the wheel. Took them 45mins to change it as they had one there for another Tc but the owner was out of town for like 2 weeks. So i only spent 2 hrs at the dealership

I didnt think it was my bearings tho on a car with only 18k on it. And I didnt hear the usual whining noise with it.

i think it's about a 1-2hour job. plus the part of the bearing which is about $30. have to take the steering knuckle, brakes, drive shaft nut, ball joint, off. and then press in a new bearing into the steering knuckle. something you should definitely have a pro do.

yeah i'd say about that. depends if they need to give you a wheel alignment after. Sometimes taking all that apart will alter the alignment.
