speedometer lag?!?!?!

has any1 noticed that wen u tak off slowly wit the TC. you'll b travelin about 4 mph but the needle is stil at 0?!?!?!
every tak a look for me n try it out. cuz my speedometter is lik tat. n i dunt lik how the tach is... u kno wat i mean wen u turn on ur car.

but yeah, my xA does it too, as did my 1990 Lexus LS400, as did my 98 Corolla, as did my 90 Previa. . .
The only car I've ever driven that hasn't done it would have to have been my bro's 1999 Porsche GT3(imported) hahaha, but I never looked at the analog speedo. . . it has a second DIGITAL speedo that had no delay.

Happens on all cars. It is a magnet system, and the magnet only goes around once per wheel rotation, and thus when you are going very slowly, there is a big delay between the calculation points on the speedo. If that didnt make any sense, look at the speedo on your bicycle.
