Hey all,

Any of you guys rockin the Stoptech Stage2 upgrade for the tc? Do you happen to know what pads they use in the kit? been trying to find em, but they just go under street pads. When i search the site itself, they have about 4 for street use, then it goes into a different catagory. Any idea?

Also, how do you guys like your kit? Dust? Happy with performance?

I ordered it yesterday, it should be here next week.. The pads are Axxis ultimate pads...

it is a great package, I noticed better stoppign performance just form the brake lines, and the rototrs looks so nice.

 

did you go slotted, drilled or both?

 

slotted, imo it's better

 

I went slotted, I had excellent stopping power when I did a similar upgrade to a Nissan Maxima I used to have... Thing stopped on a dime...

yeah there was, I even have one bottle left over.

 

yeah i wan to get that too... do you have any pics of the car with them on? also, do you have to do anything with the calipers or the fit oem ones?

i got this kit for my car, the kit came with axxis ultimates, got the kit for a great deal from Nurspec. i still need to install the brake lines along with the brake fluid. does anyone have a DIY for the brake lines and fluid?

 

yeah, im negotiating with Nurspec also... from the couple times is pmed them, great company.

 

i'm sure he'll give u a good deal. best of luck with that.
