Pretty decent I suppose. Personally, if you plan on making your car a weekend track rat, I don't see why you WOULDN'T want to invest in coilovers...

Also, I never understood why people post things in a public forum and then get upset or defensive when people discuss what's in the thread. Yes it's your money and your car, but the minute you make that a public thing, getting defensive is silly IMO.

Because it won't see THAT many track weekends during the year given my work schedule. Honestly, I didn't have to put the money in the turbo either, but I do so enjoy the boost

Also, defensive as I have been, I don't all worked up for more time than it takes to write up the defensive post... I forget about them just that quickly.

I was told that Turbonetics isn't putting out any more turbo kits for the tC... so get one while you can and give Turbochargers.com a visit and/or a call!

As far as the Pilotis go, I will never wear another shoe for the rest of my life. I love them. The heel design on these is amazing. To pivot on the heel of these is not like having any shoes on at all. There is ultimate foot control and I don't have to fight the rubber (on a normal shoe you have a 90degree bend or greater at the heel apex) when I'm shifting because you don't have that little ridge to balance on. It also transfers everything from the clutch and gas pedal. I really like this because it gives the impression that I can listen better to what the car is doing. This shoe was designed for driving. But yes, it is comfortable enough to walk around all day in. It is tight though. It wraps your foot like a sock. Final review score: 9.5 out of 10.

For the two pair I bought it was $195 out the door.

Well, the money I spent on the car didn't come out of bill money. It was extra that I made. Being married and all, we generally make money decisions together. She knows this kind of stuff makes me happy, that I made the money (didn't have to save because a couple of weeks paid for it all), and that there wasn't any reason NOT to do it. Point being, she wants me to be happy.

4 months ago I would have called BS on the list, if I had seen the thread. Glad to see someone who is finally coming through and backing it up. A lot of the stuff is useless though, especially the strut bars, but at least you're spending the money in the right places. The only thing I don't see on that list, that is a MUST, are tires.

I finally decided on the rims I want. Falken FK452's is what I plan on getting given the reviews by people who use them. But thats another few months away.
