Also if you want pic's of my moms car with the lights on at night and day then just let me know. Later

I have to ask - and this may be due to my being an engineer so I just don't get it or something - why is it that blue headlights are considered cool? People have been putting blue halogens on their cars to make it look like they have HIDs and now, people are putting in bluer HIDs to look like the stupid schmucks who had fake HIDs.
The point of headlights is to let you see the road well at night. The best way to do that is to use a light that approximates sunlight- that means about 4200K (if I remember correctly) NOT 6000K or 8000K. Think logically about this.

I believe the blue or HID lights have gained popularity because many expensive cars have them, and people with cheap cars want to emulate that. In reality, a regular bright white bulb (with less blue and the yellow part of the spectrum intact) will give better visibility because the eyes can pick things out better. In fog or rain or anything other than absolutely clear, a yellower light will actually provide better visibility.
