i dont think our cars should have one, i think it would throw off the smooth look of the cars. everytime i see one on other hatchback cars its all i notice and i just dont like it, thats only my opinion though, im glad we dont have one

a rear wiper would look so tacky. It would make baby jesus in the manager cry.

The Only time i wanted one is when it snowed and I forgot to get the snow off my hatch. Other then that no... and I don't even have rainX on it.

I've heard that Aquapel works pretty well.
You wipe it on the tailgate glass once a month like Rain-X but better.
Our cars don't need rear wipers if these or similiar products are
often used. Water beads off and the forward wind draft blows water
back for clearer vision. Especially when the rear glass is close to
being horizontal (flows back easily and faster).

Nah Leave it the way it is w/o rear wipers.
I can live with Aquapel once a month.

Voted 'option only.' I drive a firebird and the F-bodies don't have rear wipers and that's alot more glass than you have on the TC. Yes the contours of the back glass of an F-body doesn't cater too well to any wiper system, but it's alot of glass.

I usually turn on the defroster to clear up any of the fog on the rear window.

I live in the Portland, OR area, I wouldn't want one on my car in spite of the rain. Rain-X does the job good enough. I have had several hatchbacks (probe, capri, shelby charger) and none of them had a rear wiper. I like the looks of the car without it. I wouldn't mind seeing it as an option though for people that did want it.

if it did have it... it would be gone and off my car within a week.

Heres an idea you might want to try. wash the car one day and wax it....the WHOLE car including the windsheild, windows and the backc glass., a simple coat of wax on the back glass makes a world of differance in the rain. i never have problem cuz the wind never lets the rain hit the glass..... maybe yall are just driven too slow. rain x is good but the wax will last longer on the back if you use a thick turtle wax on it, plus it repels dirt too.

I think a rear window wiper would be a great option for the tC. When it snows, and it snows a lot up here in New England, the snow that accumulates on the roof has a tendency to slide down to the rear window once the snow that was on the rear window has melted. I think a rear wiper would be perfect for removing the excess snow build ups on long drives. Just my .02

I can answer with a definitive "NO." It's ugly and the only time I've ever used one was on my Integra to wipe condensation off in the morning. But that's where the rear window defroster on the tC comes in handy.
